I have been researching my family and connected families since 1999. I have also assisted my wife in researching her German Jewish family through on-line research and research visits to Germany and the USA. I have been a member of the Jewish Genealogical Society of Great Britain for several years and became Membership Secretary in February 2009 and Chairman in October 2010. In 2011 I revised the JGSGB Jewish Ancestors Guide to Jewish Genealogy in the United Kingdom. I joined the International Association of Jewish Genealogical Societies Board in October 2011 and have been a member of the IAJGS Membership Development Committee since August 2011. I have developed a wide-ranging knowledge of other aspects of Jewish Genealogy and have undertaken presentations on various genealogy subjects. I deal with a wide range of genealogical queries sent to JGSGB.
